Tamilnadu State Samacheer Kalvi Court Final Judgement News

The final verdict on Tamilnadu Uniform System of School Education (Samacheer Kalvi) is to be pronounced by the Supreme Court today on 9th August 2011, Tuesday. The three judges J.M. Panchal, Deepak Verma and B.S. Chauhan who are specially appointed for the case of Samacheer Kalvi Thittam in the state of Tamilnadu will sentence the judgement for the Samacheer Kalvi Scheme. Earlier on 8th August 2011, Tamilnadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa in the state assembly meeting addressed that the State Government will abide by the Supreme Court judgement on the Samacheer Kalvi case. The final verdict was announced today by the Supreme Court against the Samacheer Kalvi Scheme and in that judgement the judges has asked the Government of Tamilnadu to implement the Samacheer Kalvi Scheme in Tamilnadu State within 10 days of time.
